(Squidco), Fisherman's Supply Center, Inc., Joseph M. Elson, Anne Marie Elson, John N. Elson, Venus Elson and Eric S. Dye. In doing so, we reject real parties' contention they have raised a triable issue of material fact regarding whether Mitsui tortiously breached the covenant of good faith and fair dealing in a commercial transaction arising out of an arms-length routine lender/borrower contract.
